Totem has made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user, and Totem cannot guarantee that the user’s monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued and prices are subject to change at any time. Many of Totem’s products are considered Vintage and or Antique and are sold in “AS IS” condition. Textiles and materials that are considered to be Vintage or Antique may not be able to with stand daily use and or the normal wear and tear of contemporary textiles and materials. Totem products that are considered primarily vintage or antique should be handled with care. Totem has made ever effort to insure that each item is made with the highest of quality craftsmanship and will withstand the test of time. For merchandise that may wear or tear please see the Repair section. Totem is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in US Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. All sales are final on any item purchase from our “Salvaged Items” section.

Totem publishes information on its Site as a convenience to its visitors. Totem attempts to provide accurate and timely information, there may be inadvertent technical or factual inaccuracies and typographical errors. We reserve the right to make corrections and changes to the Site at anytime without notice.
Merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. You can always verify availability by calling us at 818-244-3877 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org
To return or exchange an item purchased, you must please call or email for a “Return Authorization” with in 7 days of receiving our product. Please see “Refund” section below for refund process. For any item that appears to be damaged, please notify Totem within 7 days of receiving. For furniture this includes any rips or tears in the materials or fabrics used as coverings and any possible structure damage that would prevent proper use of the item. Totem will not refund or accept returns on items that have been used 7 days after purchase. It will be at Totem’s discretion and final decision to accept any returns for exchange or issue any refund after 7 days of purchase. Totem will not be able to refund any portion of the original shipping fees. The customer will be responsible to pay for any shipping cost on returned merchandise and Totem will be responsible to pay for the return shipping cost on any exchanged merchandise. Totem will not refund or accept returns on “Salvaged Items” purchased that are not manufactured by Totem Salvaged.
In the event you have purchased a product with textiles or fabrics that have been deemed vintage or antique that have worn through or frayed, please contact Totem immediately to make arrangements for the return of the item for possible repair. Once the item is received by Totem, it will be at Totem’s discretion and final decision to decide weather or not the repair will be made at no cost to the purchaser. The customer will be responsible to pay for any shipping cost on returned merchandise for repair and Totem will be responsible to pay for the return shipping cost on any merchandise repaired.
Once Totem has received a “Return Authorization” your refund will be issued. If you have used your credit card for payment, your card will be credited within 14 business days, which should show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have paid by check or money order, Totem will issue you a check within 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. Please visit Retuns for more information.
All Purchases of items On-Sale or Discounted from either a special “Sale” page, “Discount Codes” or any type of “Promotional Discounts” are Final. No Refunds unless agreed upon by a Representative of TOTeM.
TOTeM shipping is provided by United Parcel Service at check-out. TOTeM is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to any reason for UPS not delivering a package on-time based on the customers service selection at check-out. Customer will have to notify TOTeM if any such delay occurs and TOTeM will do it’s best to have UPS refund partial or in full the dollar amount charged at check-out for shipping service selected. Customers are welcome to use any other source of shipping agent of their choice. Please notify TOTeM before completing check-out. The customer will have to provide an account number for the selected agent to TOTeM to complete the shipping for the order.
